Activate your membership

If you’ve received a Friends gift membership, here’s how to activate it. Simply choose the relevant membership option below, select the ‘Activate’ button and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to create a new account or sign into your existing one and enter your gift certificate number at the checkout. You’ll then be able to start enjoying your membership straight away.

If you’ve been gifted a Friends Joint membership, you can enjoy these benefits for two people living at the same address. And if you’ve been gifted a Friend + Guest membership, you can bring along a different guest every time you visit our exhibitions!
