We have just welcomed a new Directorate team of Deputy Directors and will be going through a period of transformational change, making this an exciting and busy time to be joining the Museum.

The post holder will provide full secretarial/PA and project administration service to the team and senior managers in order to support the smooth and efficient operation of the team or individuals work and time. They will be responsible for reviewing and prioritising emails, producing correspondence and maintaining data records.

The PA & Project Administrator will be responsible for organising events and meetings. Providing support to committees and at Departmental meetings. As required, they will provide administrative project support for ongoing projects and act as first point of contact for enquiries to the director/department secretary and the department.

The post holder will be expected to have demonstrable knowledge of PA/Secretarial work, be well organised in their approach to managing work, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: Cambridge, with some blended working possible.
