The Hamilton Kerr Institute (HKI) is one of the world's leading centres for teaching and research in conservation and heritage science. It is a department of Fitzwilliam Museum which is the principal museum of the University of Cambridge and the largest cultural venue in the region, it acts as a crucial bridge between the University, the City and the rest of the world, and has an international reputation for extraordinary research, world class exhibitions, award-winning public programmes and significant collections spanning many cultures and centuries.

The purpose of the role is to undertake the administration of accounts and maintain financial records within the Fitzwilliam Museum and its sub departments in order to contribute to the management of Fitzwilliam Museum and its sub departments finances.

The frequency of remote working will be subject to discussion with your line manager.

Location: Hybrid arrangement of remote working with some days at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge and some at Whittlesford.
