The Programme Manager will work with Senior Leadership and Senior Management Teams at the Fitzwilliam Museum and sub departments to identify and develop key projects to support the achievement of the Museum's strategic plan.The role holder will focus on the changing needs of the Museum and its sub departments in the post-pandemic environment including developing, and aligning strategic goals, supporting and driving necessary changes around complex governance mechanisms, job roles and organisation structures, identifying changes to business procedures and processes, and developing links and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
